Organic Dry Yeast
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. And then add the water little by little.
Mix the dough without kneading. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
After this time, remove the cloth, wet your fingers with cold water and make 10 folds in the dough, from the outside to the inside. Cover again and let rest for 10 minutes. Repeat this process 4 times. After the fourth time, let it rest for 30 minutes.
Pre heat the oven to 220 degrees.
Grease an oven-safe iron or stainless steel pan. Shape the bread, place in the pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the paper and bake for another 25 minutes until golden.
Unmold and serve!
This bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Delicious!
