  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast5 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Water350 ml
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and salt.
  2. Cover with a tea towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. After this period, in the bowl itself, make 10 folds, from the sides to the center of the dough.
  4. Cover and let rest again. This process of folding and resting for 10 minutes should be repeated 4 times.
  5. After the 4 rests and 10 minute folds, now comes the 1 hour break + 10 folds.
  6. Flour a surface and roll the dough.
  7. Flour a round shape that you can cover. Stainless steel or cast iron pans can also be used, or any container that can be put in the oven and has a lid.
  8. Place the dough in the container and let it rest for 45 minutes.
  9. At this time, light the oven at 200 degrees.
  10. After this last rest, sprinkle some wheat flour over the dough and with a very sharp knife make cuts in the way you want. This will make the bread beautiful!
  11. Bake for 25 minutes with the lid on.
  12. Remove the lid and bake for another 30 minutes, or until golden.
