  • Organic Yeast5 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Warm water350 ml
  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
  2. Let rest for 10 min
  3. Make 10 folds in the dough, bringing the edges to the center, no need to knead
  4. Let it rest for another 10 minutes, covered with a dish towel.
  5. Make 10 more folds in the dough
  6. Rest for another 10 minutes
  7. 10 folds
  8. Rest 10 more minutes
  9. Last 10 folds
  10. Let it rest for an hour for the dough to double in size.
  11. Add a little more flour to shape the dough
  12. Heat the oven to 220 degrees for 45 min
  13. Put the covered dough in the oven, you can use a pan of its own to go in the oven or a roast for 25 min.
  14. Uncover and leave for another 20 minutes.
