Medium zucchinis3 unit(s)
Mozzarella cheese400 g
Ground beef500 g
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Olive oil to taste

Wash the zucchinis well and cut into fillets.
Sprinkle with salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Sauté the minced meat with the chopped onion until golden, seasoning to taste
Add the tomato sauce and set aside
Drain the water you created in the zucchini and start assembling
Put some of the sauce, a layer of zucchini, a layer of sauce, a layer of cheese in a shape or refractory and repeat the process until the shape is complete.
