- Wing Coxinha1 kg
- Mustard4 tablespoon
- Alcohol Vinegar4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings (I used gaucho, chimichurri, paprika, lemon pepper) to taste
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- grated cheese2 tablespoon
- Mix all mustard, vinegar, salt and seasonings, add the meat and let it marinate (30min); Note: reserve a little bit of the sauce;
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C;
- Grease a glass form, cut the onions into slices and add them to the bottom of the platter;
- Add the meat in the pan, cover with aluminum foil and put it in the oven (30min +/-)
- Sauce for gratin: Mix a spoon of the seasoning we used in step 1, the cream and the grated cheese;
- After the 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil from the pan, add the sauce for fixings and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Serve with rice, salad or whatever you prefer.
