  • Wing Coxinha1 kg
  • Mustard4 tablespoon
  • Alcohol Vinegar4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings (I used gaucho, chimichurri, paprika, lemon pepper) to taste
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • grated cheese2 tablespoon
  1. Mix all mustard, vinegar, salt and seasonings, add the meat and let it marinate (30min); Note: reserve a little bit of the sauce;
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C;
  3. Grease a glass form, cut the onions into slices and add them to the bottom of the platter;
  4. Add the meat in the pan, cover with aluminum foil and put it in the oven (30min +/-)
  5. Sauce for gratin: Mix a spoon of the seasoning we used in step 1, the cream and the grated cheese;
  6. After the 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil from the pan, add the sauce for fixings and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice, salad or whatever you prefer.
