  • Paio Sausage1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Bacon80 g
  • Black Pepper, Salt, Saffron and Bay Leaf to taste
  1. Place the meat cut into large cubes in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Reserve.
  2. In the pressure cooker, put the crushed garlic and the diced onion. gild. Then add the meat and bacon to brown. Add salt and saffron.
  3. Cut the Portuguese sausage and paio into slices and place them to brown as well. When the meats are all golden, add the white beans and water, two fingers above the beans.
  4. Leave under pressure for 25 to 30 minutes. Check if the salt is good and if the beans are already cooked, if you need to let them cook a little longer.
