Tuscan Sausage Stuffed with Vinaigrette Gratin with Cheese

Coloque as linguiça na panela de pressão com água para ferver.

Place the sausages in the pressure cooker with water to boil.

Agora pegue o tomate ,pimentão ,cebola,coentro  e azeitona e as pique bem fininho.

Now take the tomato, pepper, onion, coriander and olive and chop them fine.

Ingredientes picados coloque numa.vasilha e acrescente 2 colheres de sopa de maionese e 1 colher de sopa de mostarda misture tudo.(obs: pode usar requeijão também fica a seu critério eu usei maionese.

Chopped ingredients put in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of mustard mix everything. (Note: you can use curd cheese is also at your discretion I used mayonnaise.

Agora escorra a linguiça e as corte no meio .

Now drain the sausage and cut them in half.

Cortadas ao meio você pega o recheio que fizemos e coloque no meio da linguiça.

Cut in half you take the stuffing we made and put it in the middle of the sausage.

Linguiça recheada ,agora coloque as fatias de mussarela por cima e finalize com orégano

Stuffed sausage, now put the slices of mozzarella on top and finish with oregano

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180°g por aproximadamente 20 minutos após esse tempo tire do forno e retire o excesso de líquido que irá se forma na forma

Take it to the preheated oven at 180°g for approximately 20 minutes after that time take it out of the oven and remove the excess liquid that will form in the pan.

Após tire o excesso volte para o forno para gratinar por mais 20 minutos  ou até dourar a linguiça

After removing the excess, return to the oven to brown for another 20 minutes or until the sausage is golden.
