Tuscan sausage1 kg
Potatoes3 unit(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
Parmesan cheese100 g
Parsley1 to taste
Olive oil1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Oregano1 to taste

Peel and cut the potatoes to your liking. Place the potatoes in a bowl and season with oil, salt and oregano. Reserve;
For the cream in a bowl, place the cream, parmesan cheese and parsley. Mix well and set aside;
Place the sausages on a baking sheet and cut them in half so you can fill them with the cream. Also add the potatoes around the sausages and sprinkle the parsley on top.
Bake for approximately 50min.
