Tuscan sausage stuffed with cream cheese and potatoes

- Tuscan sausage1 kg
- Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Parsley1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Peel and cut the potatoes to your liking. Place the potatoes in a bowl and season with oil, salt and oregano. Reserve;
- For the cream in a bowl, place the cream, parmesan cheese and parsley. Mix well and set aside;
- Place the sausages on a baking sheet and cut them in half so you can fill them with the cream. Also add the potatoes around the sausages and sprinkle the parsley on top.
- Bake for approximately 50min.
