  • Potato | 6 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 6 tablespoon
  • Orange | 1 unit(s)
  • Oregano | 1 to taste

Recipe

  1. In a container that goes in the oven, arrange all the sausages, make small holes in all with the tip of the knife or fork.
  2. Peel and cut all the potatoes in the rustic cut, spread the potatoes between the sausages in the container.
  3. Squeeze the orange over the sausages and potatoes still raw, add the olive oil and oregano, put in the oven for 40 minutes.
