  • Cooked beans (al dente)250 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Pepperoni150 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage1 unit(s)
  • Ready-to-eat cassava flour1 unit(s)
  • Beef broth1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan add the bacon and pepperoni, let it fry well;
  2. Soon after, fry the eggs, in the bacon fat, and stir well;
  3. Dissolve the beef stock in 150ml of hot water and add it to the pan, add the beans (only the seeds) and let it boil a little;
  4. Add the farofa little by little, and mix, so that it doesn't get too dry, finally add the finely chopped cabbage;
  5. After that, just serve as you wish!
