Coloque a língua para cozinhar na panela de pressão por 40 min, somente com água para soltar limpar a língua. (o tempo da pressão depende da sua panela, ao abrir tem que perceber que a pele grossa está solta, mais a língua ainda está rígida) 

Put the tongue to cook in the pressure cooker for 40 min, just with water to loosen and clean the tongue. (the pressure time depends on your pan, when you open it you have to notice that the thick skin is loose, but the tongue is still stiff)

Após limpar a língua, vamos temperar e preparar tudo

After cleaning the tongue, let's season and prepare everything

Panela de pressão limpa, coloque cebola cortada brusca, alho, pimentão picado em quadrados, com tomate e pimenta dedo de moça cortados ( se preferir tire a semente) 

Clean pressure cooker, add onion, garlic, chopped peppers into squares, with chopped tomato and chili pepper (if you prefer, remove the seed)

Após refogar todos os legumes, coloque a língua já cortada como queira, acrescente uma lata de cerveja tempere somente com um pouco de pimenta do reino, não coloque o sal ainda. 

After sautéing all the vegetables, place the already cut tongue as you wish, add a can of beer seasoning only with a little black pepper, do not add the salt yet.

Após 20min abra a panela e perceba se a carne está mole, prove e veja se precisa de sal. A cerveja acaba salgando, se precisar acerte

After 20 minutes open the pan and see if the meat is soft, taste and see if it needs salt. The beer ends up salty, if you need to get it right
