- Chicken thigh and drumstick500 g
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Salt to hit to taste
- Cream Onion Powder (Package)1 unit(s)
- Orange1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 to taste
- Season the thighs and drumsticks with lemon, salt, garlic, onion and cumin, set aside
- Squeeze the orange juice over the chicken (without seeds) and stir to uniform
- Place the onion cream packet over the chicken and coat all over the chicken until creamy.
- Take it to the oven to brown, if you want to drizzle with orange juice, when it comes out of the oven.
- The potatoes, you leave them cooked, and just put them in the pan to brown (when the chicken is almost browning)
- The chicken should be taken to roast, covered in aluminum foil, and only removed to finish.
