  • Termite | 2 kg
  • Salt | 4 tablespoon
  • Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika | 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Onion Powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Chili Pepper | 2 tablespoon


  1. Take the termite piece and clean it well, removing the skins
  2. Spread the butter around the piece, it will serve as a glue for the seasoning.
  3. Mix the paprika, the salt, the garlic and the powdered onion forming a Rub (seasoning) and pass over the whole piece greased with Butter.
  4. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven or on the grill for 1 hour or until soft.
  5. Slice and serve with pout pepper
