- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Color2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)

- Cumin to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chives to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cut the termite into large cubes.
- Heat the pressure cooker, add the olive oil, sauté the termite pieces until golden. Add all the chopped spices, mix well, cover the pan and cook for 40 minutes. The cooking count starts only after the pan beeps
- When the cooking time is complete, carefully remove all pressure.
- Open the pan, check the salt, if you need more salt add it and cook for another 10 minutes without pressure.
- Finish by decorating with parsley and chives.
- Side dishes can be pumpkin puree with fried cassava or roasted potatoes.
