- Pork loin in strips400 g
- Large carrot, cut into strips1 unit(s)
- Large potato cut into strips1 unit(s)
- Onion slices1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- White Vinegar to taste
- Garlic and Onion Powder to taste
- Chopped chives to taste
- Cut the tenderloin into strips, season with vinegar, salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder, paprika.
- Mix everything very well and heat it in a frying pan with oil.
- When ready, remove from skillet. Reserve.
- In the same unwashed skillet, place the carrot and a little water. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add the potato and add more water if needed.
- When the water dries and the vegetables are soft and with the fire on, add the fried strips and mix.
- Mix until you add the ingredients well and finish with chopped chives.
