- Pork tenderloin2 kg
- Garlic to taste
- Lemon4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- paprika1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Sweet red wine1 cup
- Season the tenderloin with all the ingredients and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Seal the tenderloin on both sides with a drizzle of oil. Then add the remaining seasoning, put it in the electric pressure cooker for 30 minutes. (Does not need water). If using a regular pressure cooker, add 1 more cup of wine. Let the air out of the pan by itself, slice the loin and pour the remaining sauce on top. It will be juicy and delicious.
