Tasty skillet mixed sausage

Com uma tábua de carne corte a linguiça em rodelas  , coloque numa panela com água cobrindo toda a linguiça e leve ao fogo médio e deixe ferventar por alguns minutos

Desligue o fogo ,escorra toda água da panela  , enquanto isso corte a cebola em rodelas, o tomate e o pimentão tbm .

Numa frigideira coloque 3 colheres de (sopa) de óleo ,ligue o fogo e acrescente as linguiças mexa para que fique douradinhas ,depois acrescente o tempero tomate cebola e pimentão e deixe apenas até dourar a cebola, assim que dourar desligue o fogo retire da frigideira e coloque num prato ou travessa ,se desejar  coloque algumas folhas de alface para encrementar e bom apetite.
