Ingredients
Recipe

Boiled and mashed sweet potato2.5 cup
Shredded and seasoned meat1 cup
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
Olive oil1 dessert spoon

In a pan heat the olive oil and brown the garlic, add the sweet potato, salt and mix. Cook for 2 minutes stirring so as not to burn.
Finish mixing the parsley. Reserve.
In a refractory platter, place the shredded meat and cover with the sweet potato puree.
Add the grated cheese on top and take it to the preheated oven at 220ºC to bake for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
