- Cook the cassava until it is soft and set aside.
- In a pan add the beef rib cut into large cubes.
- Brown the meat well on all sides.
- Add the finely chopped garlic and let it sauté well to get flavor.
- Add onion and tomato and other seasonings including beef stock and tomato sauce
- Sauté well and cover with water and let it cook for 40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Hit the salt and add the already cooked cassava and let it cook for another 20 minutes, finish with the green smell.
