Ingredients

  • Oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Beef rib in pieces | 1 kg
  • Sazon sachet | 2 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 3 to taste
  • medium chopped onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Water | 700 ml
  • Cassava, cut into large cubes | 2 cup

Recipe

  1. In a pan, heat oil and fry the ribs with 1 sazon of sazon for 3 minutes or until doubled. Sauté the garlic, onion and tomato for 5 minutes or until wilted. Add the water and 1 more sazon bag and cook for 1 hour on low heat. Add the cassava and cook for another 30 minutes or until thickened.
