- I seasoned the ground beef with garlic, onion, parsley, black pepper, paprika and oregano.
- I put half the meat in a greased refractory and stuffed it with mozzarella, tomato and oregano.
- Afterwards, I covered it with the rest of the meat. I put it in the Air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°, then I drizzled it with olive oil and left it for 5 minutes to give it that color. You can do it in the oven too.
