  • White rice2 cup
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
  • Scented Pepper2 unit(s)
  • Coriander and green onions1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Saffron1 to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper1 to taste
  • Sun meat (duckling)400 g
  • Water4 cup
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  1. Desalt the sun dried meat (wash the meat under running water and then bring to a boil. Drain the hot water and set aside)
  2. In a large pan, take the meat already desalted and cut into small cubes to sauté in oil, onion and garlic.
  3. Add the chili pepper, black pepper and turmeric. Sauté until the meat starts to "stick" to the bottom of the pan. Add the washed rice and stir.
  4. Put 4 cups of water, add salt to taste OR use a sachet of northeast flavored sazon and wait for the water to dry on low heat and pan half covered. Turn off the fire
  5. Finish by adding cilantro, chives and chopped peppers.
