Ingredients

  • Pork loin or ham | 500 g
  • Mirin Sake | 1 tablespoon
  • CORN STARCH | 1 tablespoon
  • Shoyu Sauce | 2 tablespoon
  • Green pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Sauce: Rice Vinegar | 2 tablespoon
  • Honey | 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice | 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce | 2 tablespoon
  • Water | 150 ml
  • Cumin and Thyme | 1 to taste
  • CORN STARCH | 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil/for sauteing peppers | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes, meat without much fat Season with 1 spoon of Mirin serve and 1 spoon of soy sauce and let marinate
