Separe os gomos da linguiça, e faça um corte ao meio abrindo  uma brecha ,modele com os dedos para fazer uma caminha para receber  o recheio

Separate the sections of the sausage, and make a cut in half, opening a gap, shape with your fingers to make a bed to receive the stuffing.

Faça um vinagrete com o tomate cebola  e pimentão, Tempere a gosto 

Make a vinaigrette with the tomato, onion and pepper, Season to taste

Recheie as linguiças com vinagrete e leve ao forno ,quando estiver assadas acrescente a mussarela  por cima de deixe derreter retire do forno e sirva.

Stuff the sausages with vinaigrette and take it to the oven, when they are roasted add the mozzarella on top and let it melt, remove from the oven and serve.
