- Oregano to taste
- Parmesan cheese200 g
- Make a cream with 6 cloves of crushed garlic, three spoons of mayonnaise, two spoons of curd (it can be cream) and oregano to taste, mix everything and set aside.
- Place the sausages in a form (raw) and make a horizontal opening and put the cream inside this opening and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for about half an hour at 200 degrees.
