  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Parmesan cheese200 g
  1. Make a cream with 6 cloves of crushed garlic, three spoons of mayonnaise, two spoons of curd (it can be cream) and oregano to taste, mix everything and set aside.
  2. Place the sausages in a form (raw) and make a horizontal opening and put the cream inside this opening and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Bake for about half an hour at 200 degrees.
