Place the sausages in a pan to simmer for a few minutes. This way they pre-cook and get firmer.
After boiling the sausages, make a cut in half, lengthwise, as shown in the photo and in each of them, set aside.
Now cut the tomato, onion into small pieces, crush the garlic and mix with the others.
Then add the rest of the ingredients, mixing everything together.
Then fill the sausages and bake.
I made it in erfray, but it can also be made in the oven.
It is delicious, succulent and very tasty.
