- Make a hole in the middle of the meat (ask the butcher to make the hole when you buy the meat, if you don't know)
- Then season with garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and kinor.
- Stuff the meat with the sausage.
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and place the onion, let it brown well and add the meat.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
