Fure as batatas e coloque pra cozinhar com sal.
Em uma panela refogue todos os temperos, assim que estiverem bem refogados coloque a carne moida e tempere como quiser, eu usei sal, colorau, edu guedes e chimichurri.

As batatas cozinha faça um corte e tire o miolo da batata, em uma panela coloque manteiga, o miolo e requeijão misture bem, vai ficar um purê. Junte esse purê com a carne moida.

Passe manteiga nas batatas e coloque o recheio, pra finalizar coloquei o presunto e o queijo e levei ao forno para assar..
