In a bowl put the ground beef and spices. Mix well. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Then open the seasoned ground meat and put the mozzarella and close like a polpetone. Pass the bacon around, you can put a toothpick to hold the bacon slice.
Put it in a greased shape with olive oil, put the medallions to bake and pass a thread of olive oil on them. Bake until golden and serve.
