- In a container, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, pepper, salt and the green smell. Gradually add the wheat flour until it binds.
- Cut the cheese into cubes. Take the dough in small quantities, open and fill with the cheese and make balls
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until browned.
