  • - 500g of ground meat (can be beef or pork)500 g
  • - 1 small chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • - 2 minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • - 1 egg1 unit(s)
  • - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs2 cup
  • - 150g sliced ​​mozzarella cheese150 g
  • - 150g sliced ​​ham150 g
  • - Tomato sauce (optional) to taste
  1. 1- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  2. 2- Roll out the dough on a flat surface to form a rectangle.
  3. 3- Distribute the slices of cheese and ham over the dough, leaving a free edge at the ends.
  4. 4- Carefully roll the dough like a roulade, pressing it tightly so that it remains firm.
  5. 5- Place the roulade in a pan greased with oil or covered with baking paper.
  6. 6- Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked inside.
  7. 7- If desired, cover the roulade with tomato sauce before putting it in the oven.
  8. 8- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before cutting into slices.
