  • Pork loin1.5 kg
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Pitted green olives100 g
  • Diced pineapple150 g
  • Thinly sliced onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Open the loin in a blanket and season with salt and pepper.
  2. To stuff it, start with a layer of Bacon, followed by pineapple, onion, olives and mozzarella.
  3. Roll up like a rocambole and tie well with string. Water with olive oil.
  4. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 180°.
  5. Remove the foil and return to the oven to brown (another 20 minutes).
