  • Whole pork loin1500 kg
  • Potatoes500 g
  • Lemon, garlic, salt and rosemary to taste
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  1. Season the loin with all the seasonings, along with the potatoes cut in half, take it to the fridge covered for 12 hours to check the seasonings;
  2. The next day, make a hole in the middle of the loin that fits half raw carrots and half pepperoni;
  3. Place in a mold and cover with aluminum foil;
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes;
  5. Then remove the foil and leave for another 30 minutes in the oven to brown.
