  • Chopped pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olives1 cup
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano1 to taste
  • Water1 l
  • Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
  1. I started by stuffing the lizard with the chopped calabrese sausage, onion and olives. I made a hole in the meat and put the stuffing inside pushing as much as possible.
  2. Then I passed the salt, pepper and oregano on the side of the whole meat. And finally I squeezed the lemon on top.
  3. Now I put the meat on a baking sheet and covered it with aluminum foil and let it rest in the fridge for about 4 hours.
  4. Then I put it in the pressure cooker along with the water and let it cook for 1 hour. Then I just removed the pressure put the chopped onions and let it boil a little.
  5. Then just slice the meat and serve
