  • 500 grams of ground duckling | 500 g
  • 1/2 chopped onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder | 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon Syrian pepper | 1 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder | 1/2 teaspoon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste | 0 to taste
  • Chopped mint to taste | 0 to taste
  • Catupiry to taste for stuffing | 0 to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients except Catupiry.
  2. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes
  3. Shape into balls with the mixture
  4. Open a hole in the middle.
  5. Fill with Catupiry
  6. Bake in the airfryer at 160°C for 8 minutes
  7. Now just serve! Enjoy your food.
