  1. Cut the sausage forming a boat with them and press the stuffing to make a hole in them and set aside.

  3. In the sausage boats, place the cream cheese, with a dessert spoon for each segment.
  4. On top of the curd, fill the boat with the tomato mixture.
  5. Add grated mozzarella on top of each sausage.
  6. Place in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes Or in the Airfryer for 25 minutes at 200°C.
  7. Tip: Serve with white or brown rice
