Ingredients
- Chicken sausage slices | 4 unit(s)
- Tomato | 1 unit(s)
- Onion | 2 tablespoon
- Green smell | to taste
- Coriander | to taste
- Cream cheese | 4 dessert spoon
- Oregano | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste
- grated mozzarella | 100 g
Recipe
- Cut the sausage forming a boat with them and press the stuffing to make a hole in them and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the tomato, onion and seasonings.
- In the sausage boats, place the cream cheese, with a dessert spoon for each segment.
- On top of the curd, fill the boat with the tomato mixture.
- Add grated mozzarella on top of each sausage.
