- BBQ Chicken Sausage1 kg
- Ricotta250 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Oregano1 to taste
- Olive oil2 ml
- In a pan with water, boil the sausage
- In a blender, beat the ricotta with milk and olive oil.
- Chop the seasonings tomato onion and cilantro mix with the ricotta mixture
- In a pyrex add the sausage cut in half and add mozzarella in each one with
- Add the ricotta paste on top of the sausage with the mozzarella
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes
