- Meat strips500 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce100 g
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- ketchup4 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion.
- Add the meat strips (I used duckling but you can use filet mignon, rump, chuck core, sirloin steak, etc), season with salt and pepper and saute until golden.
- Lower the heat and add the cream, tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard. Mix well and it's ready!!!
- Tip: I make this simple version for the kids, so I don't add mushrooms and I don't even do the buckling, but they love it!!!
