  • Fillet cut into strips200 g
  • Onion3 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  • Sweet paprika5 g
  • Cognac1 tablespoon
  • Fresh tomato6.5 g
  • Fresh Champignon50 g
  • Milk100 ml
  • Fresh cream100 ml
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Chop the onions into cubes.
  2. Heat the skillet well with oil.
  3. Add the meat, let it brown and sear.
  4. When golden, add the chopped onion, sweet paprika, cognac and mushrooms and let reduce.
  5. Add fresh tomato sauce.
  6. Put the entire contents in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes with a little water.
  7. After 10 minutes, turn off the pressure cooker and let it cool until all pressure is released.
  8. Turn the heat back on and add the fresh cream.
  9. Add the salt and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
  10. Add a little sugar to finish.
  11. Serve immediately.
