Remove the hard part of the bacon and cut it into thin strips.
Cut the raw chicken into cubes.
Put the oil in the pan and sauté the onion, garlic, pepper and bacon.
When the onion is translucent, add the chicken.
Add the chicken broth dissolved in the water.
Let the chicken cook for a few minutes and the water to dry up a bit.
Add the sauce.
Mix and, if necessary, let it dry a little.
Add the cream and cream cheese and mix well.
Taste for salt, and add more if necessary.
If you check and find it too salty, add more cream.
Leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes and it's ready to serve.
With potato straw and rice it's delicious.
