- Wash the pumpkin, then open the lid well on the top. (Cut diagonally so it doesn't sink later)
- Remove all seeds, take to cook in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes.
- The sun-dried meat should be soaked a day before. Always changing the water to desalt. Cook the same for 25 minutes in the pressure cooker too.
- Shred the meat and chop the other ingredients. Refocus the seasonings starting with the onion.
- Add the other items, leaving the cream for last. Cover with the mozzarella and put it in the oven to brown.
- Tip: Serve with white rice and a simple salad.
