  • Salt | 1 to taste

  • Oil | 2 teaspoon
  • Pepper | 1 to taste
  • Soft Coxão | 1 kg

  2. In the same pan, chop the onion and cook until golden, then the garlic, until golden, then take the meat that has already been fried and saute well, then add the chopped tomatoes. And stir well until it boils.
  3. Add the tomato sauce to the cooking process, add the same amount of water as the tomato sauce package, cover the pan and put the pressure on for 15 to 20 minutes maximum.
  4. The meat must be juicy and well moistened in the tomato sauce then serve with your preference a good appetite
