- Salt1 to taste
- Ground black pepper1 to taste
- Water3 tablespoon
- Use the salt, pepper and garlic to season the steak as it cooks.
- Add a drizzle of oil to a nonstick skillet and heat over high heat until hot.
- Place the steaks in the skillet and let it fry without stirring. When the edge changes color it means it's time to turn the other side.
- When ready, transfer the steaks to a platter.
- Turn down the heat and add the sliced onions without removing the remaining broth from the steak.
- Let it fry until golden and the aroma rises.
- Slowly add the water and mayonnaise and mix, letting it cook for a while.
- Add the ground black pepper on top.
- Pour the sauce over the steaks, assemble the plate and you are ready to serve.
