Salt1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon
Water1/2 cup
Onion sliced into rings1 unit(s)
Rump cut into steak600 g

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil and season the steak with salt. Put them to fry until they are golden.
Remove the steak and set aside. Take the onions and brown them over low heat in the skillet in which the steak was roasted.
Add half of the water until it comes off the bottom of the skillet.
Then add the mayonnaise and the rest of the water.
Place the coriander after forming a homogeneous mixture and serve it still hot over the steaks. Enjoy your food!
