Recipe

Duckling cut into steaks1 kg
Onion cut into slices2 unit(s)
Sweet olive oil1/2 cup
Beef Sazon2 unit(s)
Minced garlic2 tablespoon
Salt1 dessert spoon
Soy sauce1/2 cup

Wash the steaks and place in a bowl.
Add the garlic and salt, mixing and let it rest for 7 minutes.
In a deep frying pan, put the sweet oil and let it heat up.
Then place the steaks open and on top of the steaks place the onions in slices
As soon as the bottom part hurts, turn to brown the top part for 3 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't burn and onions
Add soy sauce, cover and turn off, letting it rest for 5 minutes, then you can serve
