Duckling steak

Temperei os bife com alho picado, sal e a pimenta do reino. 

Season the steaks with minced garlic, salt and black pepper.

Depois pegue uma frigideira coloquei um fio de óleo e deixei esquentar .

Then take a frying pan, put a thread of oil and let it heat up.

Coloquei o bife e deixei frita dos dois lado virando sempre. 

I put the steak on and left it fried on both sides, always turning.

Por último adicione a cebola mexa bem e servir 

Finally add the onion, stir well and serve.
