Steak with mustard sauce

  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Milk4 tablespoon
  • Mustard4 tablespoon
  • Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Cup of cream cheese1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, season the steaks with salt and garlic. Let it taste for 30 minutes covered in the fridge.
  2. Heat a skillet lightly greased with butter and fry the steaks, turning them until they are cooked to the desired point.
  3. Remove the meat and transfer to a platter, keeping warm. Add the milk to the skillet, scraping the bottom well. Add mustard, pepper and curd, mixing well.
  4. Spread over the steaks and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve with sautéed potatoes or steamed vegetables and butter.
