- Clean Filet Mignon350 g
- Red onion, chopped and washed70 g
- Capers, chopped and washed20 g
- Chopped chives2 tablespoon
- Homemade mayonnaise (see tips)3 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- Tabasco1 coffee spoon
- Mixed green salad to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Beat the meat on the knife edge, season with salt and pepper, add the mayonnaise, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. The onion, caper and finally the chives. Serve with green salad or fries!!
